UPDATE 5: The offer we put in on the house was accepted. Now we have 1 month to sell ours and have the new one pass an inspection. Exciting. Plus, we have another showing this afternoon. It's all coming together. Here's the MLS picture. It even looks like Marlene's car is in the driveway already!

UPDATE 4: We've had a few showings that went well. Now we've put an offer in on another house. Exciting! We'll keep y'all posted.
UPDATE 3: We have our first showing tonight (Monday the 5th)! Yay!

UPDATE 1: A caravan of real estate agents went through the house on Tuesday morning. One agent was so impressed that she wants to do an open house on Saturday afternoon. So, we have one scheduled from 1:00 to 3:00.

Wow! So much going on at once. Congrats on the accepted offer. I'll pray that everything will fall into place for you in the next month. Looking forward to seeing pics of the new place!
