Guess what? We, beyond our expectations, received an offer on our house after a last minute showing on Wednesday. So, it looks like we will be getting that house on Highview after all. It won't be final until late on Monday afternoon, but it is as close to a done deal as it can be right now.

However, with a fast closing date on our current house and a long closing date on the new house, we will need some temporary accommodations for about 2 and a half months. That won't be too much fun. We plan to go out looking at townhouses and apartments now. I tell ya, it will be nice to finally be settled in our new house, but that won't happen until September.
